I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in real conversations, real presence, and real healing. My sessions are a mix of deep conversation, grounding practices, and sometimes creative exploration — all shaped by who you are and what you need while being based in evidence based theories. I am not a therapist who just nods and takes notes. I show up fully. I ask the hard questions gently. I sit with you in the silence, the grief, the mess — and I help you find your way forward.

At my core, I’m someone who believes in honest connection and the power of showing up fully and without judgment. I work with people who are exhausted from carrying too much for too long. People who look “fine” on the outside but feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed on the inside.

Through Real Talk Therapy, I offer a space where you don’t have to pretend. You can bring the questions, the quiet, the chaos, and together, we’ll begin the process of healing and rediscovery.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years expressing myself through writing and visual art. That creative background still shapes how I see the world — with depth, curiosity, and an appreciation for what’s beneath the surface. It helps me hold space for the full range of human experience, even when words fall short.
